Singapore Airlines customers can now use SIA mobile services to book a flight, check-in, manage booking, and browse KrisFlyer services using their mobile phones anytime and anywhere. You can either select seats immediately after your SIA Mobile Booking or during SIA Mobile Check-in, which is anytime between 2 and 48 hours prior to flight departure. You may also check Flight Schedules on your mobile phones. 

How to use SIA Mobile Services?
Enjoy even greater convenience and simplicity with SIA Mobile Booking, Check-in, Manage My Bookings, and Krisflyer Services. To start using SIA Mobile services on your mobile phone, please follow the steps below:

• Download the SIA Mobile software onto your Java-enabled mobile phone by typing    m.singaporeair.com into mobile web browser* or access SIA Mobile directly through the Internet.
• Go through the SIA Mobile Menu to select your desired service.
• Use your registered KrisFlyer Membership number to login or continue as a Guest to enjoy SIA Mobile services.

SIA Mobile Check-in

• Select SIA Check-in process for flight check-in anytime between 2 and 48 hours prior to flight departure.
• Select seat  after completing Mobile Check-in.
• For selective flights, you can have 2 D - Barcode display on your mobile for check-in. Alternatively, you can collect your boarding pass from the Check-in counter at the Airport.

SIA Mobile Booking 

• Select SIA Mobile Booking to book your SQ flight for any destination where Singapore Airlines operates direct flights. You can book a flight for yourself or with your family and friends, anytime and anywhere using your mobile phone.
• You can select seats immediately after your SIA mobile booking. If not, you can also select seats after SIA Mobile Check-in.
  

SIA Mobile KrisFlyer Services

• Login with your registered KrisFlyer Membership number and select Krisflyer Services to :
  a) View KrisFlyer Statements
  b) View KrisFlyer Miles Earned, Miles Redeemed, Miles Expired, and status of Retroactive Mileage Claim
  c) Extend Expiring Miles (Payment by miles only)
  d) Change KrisFlyer Account PIN

SIA Mobile Manage My Bookings

• Select SIA Mobile - Manage My Booking to retrieve your flight details or any flight  schedule change affecting your flights.
• Login with your registered KrisFlyer Membership number to see the status of your waitlisted booking or to confirm the status of waitlisted booking.
